When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you give us: your name, your phone number, and which service you are asking about. When you call us, we have whatever you tell us on the call. That is the extent of it. We do not ask for anything we do not need to respond to you.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. That means scheduling your inspection, answering your question, or following up on a quote we gave you. We do not use your information for anything else.
This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages people visit, so we can improve the site. Analytics data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual visitors. If the site uses cookies, they are standard browser cookies for site function and analytics, nothing exotic.
This site may link to outside resources, such as maps or review platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; their policies apply once you leave ours. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows from it. If you want your information deleted, call (205) 208-7286 or tell us through the contact form, and we will delete what we have.
If we change this policy, we will update this page. The version on this page is the current one.
